We cannot turn off closed captioning on xfinity stream through fire stick. Only xfinity is affected. Other apps are fine

While watching a streaming movie, etc., press the select button on remote. You will see a command line under picture. Select the CC icon to turn "On" or "Off" for closed captioning.
