cannot access downloads on plane
I have absoluterly downloaded shows to my tablet. They can be viewed while connected to wifi. They are on the tablet!
On a plane, no wifi, I open the app and get message there are no downloads!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey there, @user_036jy4, thanks for reaching out regarding your downloads. I understand your frustration. I love having my shows downloaded to watch on the plane, too! Here is a link with the steps to download: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xtv-app-android-view-on-demand. Are you only having issues with viewing specific shows or with all shows?

Hello, I was having the same issue as everyone. App gives indication that I had no internet or cell connection and then leaves me with no functionality in the App even though I had downloaded TV shows. I followed the provided “Off-Line” troubleshooting, mainly rebooting the iPad and that solved the issue. Now when I launch the stream app, it’ll indicate that I have no internet or cell connection, and then drop me into the downloads folder, which is where you should be for Off-Line content. (iPad pro, 4th generation, IOS 26.2.1. Stream App version 7.24.0.)
