Bravo Freezing
Bravo shows on the streaming app are freezing. I’m using an iPad. We have reset the app and deleted reinstalled, but it is still happening to all Bravo shows.

Happening to me too, on my iPhone, iPad and Roku Xfinity Apps. I just tried to do the chat and when they asked me to try it again I lost the chat because I was using it through the app! I’m so frustrated I’m ready to cancel! I can’t even watch the On Demand because I can’t fast forward and I only have 10 minutes left of my show! Grrrrrrr XFINITY GET IT TOGETHER AND FIX THIS!!!

If you read though the comments on this forum specifically about the Beta Stream app the problem will become clear of you are watching on a TV, regardless of channel or how you stream.
The app is Beta, has been Beta and will always be Beta. The app freezes in one form or another and this is not a bug or a problem, Xfinity see’s this as a good feature. It’s a good feature because eventually you will be frustrated and rent one of their boxes (and pay) to watch TV with no freezing. Oh, they will tell you they are there to help with this problem and they will have you jump though all types of hoops, but at the end of the day, the app will freeze because it’s a feature not a problem. NBC, ABC, Bravo, and all other channels are just fine, this is a Xfinity app problem. But good luck!

Having the same issue here. Even brought the brand new iPad mini, thinking that might help it, and it’s still happening.

We have same problem. Now USA tomorrow s doing the same thing! Fix this please. Frustrating when we can’t watch shows we are paying to have.

Why is it taking so long to resolve the Bravo channel DVR streaming imaging freezing? It's now has been over one year and Comcast/Xfinity tell me the same thing every time I call, that they are working on it. Come on, this is NOT rocket science. Even NASA has landed rovers in Mars but you guys can't figure this issue out and fix it. I pay a lot of money per month for this cable bill. PLEASE fix the issue already and stop being lazy.
