Audio and Video not synced on Streaming App.

When watching DVR recordings via the streaming app, the audio and video are not synced. I notice this more often when viewing recordings of a live broadcast vs. something pre-recorded. But this is not always the case. Please let me know if there is a solution to fix this. Thank you.

I am having the same problem. How do I fix it?  I have uninstalled the app and still the video does not sync with audio. DVR playback works fine on the X1 box but does not in the Stream app on my android.

Hello there @user_efd519 I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your stream app! A lot of issues with audio can be resolved by refreshing your account using the Xfinity My Account app! You can take a here to see how to do a refresh using your Xfinity My Account app! https://comca.st/3pKdhAd

Give that a try and let me know if you still get the error on any new recordings done after the refresh.
