ANNOYED!!! dvr playback on Xfinity stream app on Roku and iPhone: picture freezes, audio sometimes remains. I already troubleshot!

​When I playback a show I've DVR'd through the Stream app, playback is normal until for some time then the picture freezes but the audio remains playing.  This seems to be happening with Bravo and own shows on my Roku, iPad and iPhone. Please do not keep posting that same  troubleshooting message because I did and none of it works. Fix it please.  We pay too much for this not to work!​

Hello @user_f942fd, I'm truly sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with the DVR playback on our Xfinity Stream app. I definitely don't want to have you repeat any troubleshooting steps unless necessary. Can you tell me what troubleshooting steps you've already taken?

@XfinityBillie​ Hi. I've unistalled the app, reinstalled, updated apps, restarted roku and iphone and all the other things posted in this post.

Same issue for several days. 

only the stream app on Roku- not playback through website or phone.
