I'm having the same issue. Is there any resolution to this, or is this because Comcast email is going to be "upgraded" to Yahoo and we don't get a choice?
After 2 weeks of trying to work through Outlook Support, getting nothing that worked or that I hadn’t tried already- and then leaving me hanging for days without a reply, I asked ChatGPT. It told me how to reset my email address for Outlook and I was back up and running in 15 minutes. I gave the feedback to Outlook Support who instantly replied with an AI message that many people reported the same issue and Microsoft is deploying a rollback of changes from an update.,

Email Access denied on one of my comcast email accounts on Outlook. I can access the account on the comcast/xfinity email screen on my laptop, and this account also works on my iphone. On my laptop Outlook it keeps asking me to sign in. I'm using the correct password. Sometimes it brings up my emails but then removes them with an Access Denied on the screen. This started middle of the day a couple days ago. All my other email accounts had to be signed back into, as well, but are working. Just this one does not.
Any thoughts? I even tried deleting it and adding it back in on Outlook.
