Where can I find my Xfinity Mobile account payments and bills? (Answered)

Xfinity Mobile devices and services are billed separately from any other Xfinity or Comcast services you may have.

Information on your Xfinity Mobile lines of service may be provided on your Xfinity bill, but all charges, including any taxes and fees for your Xfinity Mobile service, will be reflected on your Xfinity Mobile billing statement. The following article explains how to view your Mobile billing statements and payments.

View pending, current, and past payments

Within Billing, you can see your past account payments and more in a list. From there, you can:

  • Select any payment under Payment History to view the statement paid.
  • Select Orders to view any past orders.
  • View any credits or returns.
  • See your next pending automatic payment and associated statement.
  • View the charges so far in your current cycle.
  • Make a one-time payment.

Receive billing notifications

When you join Xfinity Mobile, you'll start receiving email notifications about your bill. Here are the bill-related notifications you can expect:

  • A reminder before a payment is due, with the automatic payment date and a direct link to your Xfinity Mobile Account where you can view your bill
  • A confirmation that your Xfinity Mobile payment was successful
  • A notification if a charge to your card can't be processed

Print your statement

Use your internet browser's printing function to print a paper copy of your statement. Click the Statement PDF option to download your statement and print.
