Where can I find my Xfinity Mobile account payments and bills? (Answered)

You can easily find your Xfinity Mobile payments and billing details online. Your Xfinity Mobile bill is separate from your other Xfinity services, so the best place to see all your charges, payments, credits, and history is in your Xfinity Mobile account or the Xfinity app.


When you sign in, you can view your current balance, past payments, upcoming automatic payments, and details for each mobile line. This helps you stay up to date and understand exactly what you're paying for.


View pending, current, and past payments


Only users with a Primary or Manager role can see Xfinity Mobile billing information. Members and viewers can’t see this information.


You can:

  • See your next automatic payment and its statement.
  • Make a one-time payment.
  • Check charges so far in your current cycle.
  • View payment history and download statements.
  • Review past orders.
  • See any credits or returns.

Get billing notifications


You'll get email notifications about your bill. These may include:

  • A payment reminder with your automatic payment date and a link to view your bill.
  • A confirmation email after your payment goes through.
  • A payment issue alert if your card cannot be charged.


Print your statement

  1. Open your Statement PDF.
  2. Download it.
  3. Use your browser’s print option to print a copy.
