WiFi calling

WiFi calling, offered on most Xfinity Mobile iPhones and Android devices, allows you to talk and text over a WiFi network if cellular service isn't available. Learn more about WiFi calling.

Satellite services and eSOS

In addition to Xfinity Mobile’s cellular and WiFi connectivity, the latest phones also offer satellite connectivity. Satellite service helps customers stay connected by connecting directly to satellites in space. This is especially helpful in areas where regular WiFi or cell service isn’t available, like remote or rural locations. A key benefit of satellite connectivity is Satellite SOS (eSOS) messaging, which gives you the ability to reach emergency services via text message if you don’t have traditional coverage.

Call forwarding

Call waiting

No more busy signals. With call waiting, you always know who's trying to reach you. You can pick up or ignore the call, up to you.

Caller ID

Keep tabs on incoming calls. Caller ID lets you know who's trying to reach you so you're always prepared.

Domestic roaming

With domestic roaming, we've got you covered throughout the U.S., even when you are outside the Xfinity Mobile network.

HD voice

HD voice (also known as voice over LTE, or VoLTE) allows you to make calls over the LTE network. They have superior audio quality to regular phone calls made over the standard voice network. Visual voicemail

Never worry about missing a call. Callers can leave you a message and you can get back to them whenever you are ready. With visual voicemail, you can view your messages directly on your device without having to dial into voicemail.

International roaming

You can also add Global Travel Pass to any line on your account and you’ll pay a flat daily rate for data while you’re abroad in over 215 covered destinations. Without Global Travel Pass, you’ll still be able to use data on your phone in over 215 destinations at the pay-as-you-go rate. Mexico and Canada roaming

On our latest price plan, calls and texts to and from Mexico and Canada and unlimited data are included when traveling to those countries when you choose an unlimited data option.
