Visual Voicemail not working

I transferred to xfinity mobile from Verizon. I had an android, not I have an iPhone. I do not get a voicemail icon for new messages and I don’t have visual voicemails. Only a call voicemail button. I called support, they had me reset network, that did not work. Please help

Call or text XM, ask for tier-2 support, and then ask them to change the back-end voicemail setting from Android to Apple iOS as they work differently. This is more than a simple reset.

I tried to call and chat with support but they refuse to send me to tier two. Is there someone from Comcast/xfinity that can help me that’s on this forum?? This is very frustrating
