Visual Voicemail not working

I transferred to xfinity mobile from Verizon. I had an android, not I have an iPhone. I do not get a voicemail icon for new messages and I don’t have visual voicemails. Only a call voicemail button. I called support, they had me reset network, that did not work. Please help

Call or text XM, ask for tier-2 support, and then ask them to change the back-end voicemail setting from Android to Apple iOS as they work differently. This is more than a simple reset.

I tried to call and chat with support but they refuse to send me to tier two. Is there someone from Comcast/xfinity that can help me that’s on this forum?? This is very frustrating

Hi there!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity here on our Community Forums.  We greatly appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of your issue and we want to make sure this is resolved.  Can you tell us if you were able to contact Xfinity Mobile Support?  From my knowledge of making the switch from Android to Apple, this would need to be handled by Tier 2 support on the back end.
