Unable to enable wiFi calling

When I attempt to enable Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone 13 I get the following dialogue:

Hi, @user_8a3d30, have you already attempted to Reset Network Settings for your device?

What steps should I take after I reset the Network Settings?
