S20 plus compatibility
I am trying to bring my, samsung 20 plus to xfinity mobile. When I type imei it states that, phone is not compatible. I bought the phone directly from Samsung unlocked. I called customer service, to see if they can check on their end. I was informed that a soft inquiry into my credit was needed, for them to check compatibility. I have never heard of this before. Is this a new protocol, when you call in to check compatibility? I would appreciate it, if somebody from comcast can assist me.

@user_e1ab00. Normally we would direct customers to the IMEI checker for the final say, but in this case it does sound like more investigating is needed. I recommend calling mobile again and asking them to put in a ticket. You do not have to do a soft credit check to check an IMEI. Try the site chat option as well. If you are not successful on both of those after speaking to an agent on both, let me know.
