Porting from Google Voice Taking Forever
I'm trying to port a google voice number to a new iPhone. I started the initial port request 4 days ago and I believe it finally went through 3 days ago. Every xfinity agent tells me something different (it's working, it's not working, it's unlocked, it's not unlocked). They also don't understand that a google voice is not a landline and they do not understand why I can't "just walk down to my local google voice store for help." Why is it taking so long for the porting to go through and what can I do to speed it up? (I got this phone solely to GPS track my son with Asperger's because he left school campus last week so this delay is super frustrating.)

I've been on chat with about 8-10 xfinity agents. I've called and spoken to about 5 xfinity folks via that phone number. No one has been able to assist. Everyone gives me a different timeline. I talked to two people (one on chat and one on the phone) today. They gave conflicting information. I have someone from xfinity who emailed me and said he would love to help me after I gave poor survey ratings and haven't heard a peep. I wish someone would care. Is there an FCC department or somewhere to lodge a complaint?
