Order not shipped

Signed up for mobile service yesterday around 11 am. Since the order was placed before 2 pm my two iPhones should have shipped yesterday. I keep contacting customer service and getting different answers. One person said i need to send a bill and my id in through a security email i should recieve (haven't got that either). I would like to get these phones by Friday so I don't have to start another billing cycle with my current provider plus paying for these phones once they are actually shipped (whenever that may be). The last person I talked to said it shows on their end they are shipping but on my end it still says processing. This is frustrating.

In order to review the detail, I will need to authenticate your account.  Account Authentication entails you providing me with the first and last name of the account holder, the account number, and the last 4 digits of the stored payment method on file.

Omg same thing happened to me except 2 or 3 different stories... One agent to the next had no idea what was going on... HOW COULD THEY NOT KNOW WHEN THE AGENT I SPOKE TO PRIOR NOTED THE ACCOUNT??? WELL supposedly noted the account. If they are not telling you lies they are yawning on the phone not wanting to help you at all. They actually act like me calling was bothersome to them.. I couldn't believe it... THIS IS YOUR JOB HELLO DONT LIKE IT WORK AT A FUNERAL HOME!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND A HALF I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY PHONE(mind you ive been without a phone this whole time thinking my great new phone is coming) Oooo yea they want me to pay 19 bucks for a ohine I never got. I can't even start a new order until I pay that 19 dollars.. WHATS WITH YOU PEOPLE?? IM UPSET THAT I LEFT TMOBILE FOR THIS CROCK OF SHENANIGANS... BRIDGET SANSONE WOULD LIKE THE PHONE SHE ORDERED LAST WEEK OR THE WEEK BEFORE.. I DONT FORSEE THIS BUSINESS BEING IN BIZ THAT MUCH LONGER WITH ALL THESE COMPLAINTS

ITS REALLY SAD READING ALL THE SAME COMPLAINTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN..WE ARE PEOPLE WHO WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND WHEN U TELL A CONSUMER SOMETHING U SHOULD ALWAYS STICK BY THAT NO MATTER WHAT.. I SEE OVER AND OVER AGAIN U GUYS PROMISING CUSTOMERS THESE THINGS THEN NOT DELIVERING ON THEM. (but u surely know how to take our money) OMG LIKE THAT LITTLE GIRL EXPECTING A PHONE ON CHRISTMAS. AND NOT GETTING ONE HOW SAD WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE??YOU GUYS LET HER DOWN. SHAME ON YOU SERIOUSLY. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HERE I COME.

Did you guys upload a copy of your drivers license and unity bill you may need to do so in order for them too verify you once that's done your order should ship if you have not done it yet I would do it soon or your order may get canceled that may be a reason why it has not shipped yet

I ordered me and my husband the new iPhone over the weekend.. Once the order was submitted they was very fast to take the money off my card. An email send verification. Sent the verification and another email talking about they will get back to me if they need any more information I was like ok.. Now my thing is I sent everything they needed. Why hasn’t our phones been shipped yet????
