no channel lineup

Using iPhone 11 with iOS 15. Apple xfinity streaming app. Will not display my channel lineup for Live TV feature. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, etc. 1st level tech support from Xfinity was not helpful. Same issue with my wife's iPhone 10.
