Name not showing up on caller ID

Have been to  Xfinity store many time to get problem fixed. Was told it would take 30 days. (May 24, 2022) Went back to store July 7, gave more info. Was told 72 hours. As of today, July 13, problem is still not fixed. Who at Xfinity can help.

Hello @user_f79143! I hate to hear that your caller ID hasn't been working properly and you've had this trouble getting it resolved. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? We'll be happy to look into this for you.

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

  • - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

  • Press Enter to send it
