Motorola Phone Compatibility

Why do you sell Motorola phones on your site, but offer no way to check compatibility? I have a Moto One 5g Ace and will be getting a Moto G 5g and I would switch to Xfinity if they are compatible, but I have no way to check.

Only Motorola phones purchased from Xfinity are compatible. You can't bring your own.

There is no option to check the compatibility of a phone other than an Apple, Samsung, or Google device. I selected Galaxy and entered my Motorola IMEI and it said that my Galaxy device is not compatible. I have a Motorola One 5g Ace that I purchased directly from the Motorola website and it is unlocked. Their website also lists carriers their phones will work with and for Xfinity, it says it is not compatible. I am ready to jump on your service if there is a guarantee that my devices, (5g Ace, Moto G 5g, and Moto G 7 Power) will work on your system.
