I-phone quit receiving the verification code text associated with the two step verification

I don't receive the verification  code as I use too, when signing in with the two step verification. Does anyone know what might be the problem. I'm unable to access my Comcast email

We too recently started having this issue with our Android phones and gmail addresses.  I was able to use the 'Xfinity My Account' app, installed on our Android phones, to turn off Two Step Verification for the Primary User.  Since there is no such switch for the Manager (or Viewer) User I removed the gmail address from the Manager User Contact Information and then that User was able to log in to access her Comcast Email.
