Iphone 8 with CDMA won't let me activate new line.

iPhone 8 is compatible with Xfinity Mobile network, but won't allow me to activate my SIM. It's been blacklisted, even though it was bought for the sole purpose of adding it to my account. I need this to be pushed through, or I may have to find a carrier who will.
