HOME PHONE CALLS NOT RECEIVED ON CELL PHONE ANYMORE

MY VERIZON SAMSUNG CELL PHONE USED TO RING WHEN I RECEIVED PHONE CALLS AT HOME BUT THIS STOPPED A FEW DAYS AGO.  WHAT HAPPENED?

Hi there @jreed60, thank you for reaching out! I hope you are having a fantastic day! I know how important it is to have your home calls forwarded to your cell phone. 

 

Xfinity Connect Voice can forward calls to four other phone numbers of your choosing with Advanced Call Forwarding. You can even specify which calls are forwarded based on the caller's phone number. To activate Advanced Call Forwarding:

 

 

  1. Visit https://comca.st/3i1lomx.
  2. Select the Voice icon from the drop-down menu in the top left corner.
  3. Sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
  4. Click the settings wheel in the upper-right corner and select Settings to see your Voice Preferences.
  5. Click Call Forwarding.
  6. Enter the phone number where you want your calls forwarded to.
  7. Enter the phone numbers you want forwarded and click the Add button.
