Got cheated by chat agents and need the refund back

I ordered a xfinity mobile which was sent to older address by the agent. I cancelled the order. The order reached xfinity again and it is confirmed by Fedex. Now Xfinity would not refund my order because it is valid order. How is it a valid order if you got the device back without me even touching it?

Oh gosh, I'm sorry to hear this happened. I'd recommend that you reach out to Xfinity Mobile directly for assistance. We can't access Xfinity Mobile accounts, so we can't help with specific billing questions. Do you need their number?
