Gift card

Hi, I have a gift card from xfinity that I just realized expired in June. Is this something that can be reissued to me? It was completely unused.

Good evening @user_0d4235! I appreciate you letting us know about the Prepaid Gift Card concern and to see what options we may have to replace the expired gift card. Typically, we are unable to replace an expired gift card, however, I would be more than happy to review your options privately to see what we can do!

 

For assistance, can you please send us a Private Chat Message including your full service address along with your first and last name? To send us a Private Chat Message, select the message icon in the top right corner and then search for Xfinity support. With our new Xfinity support chat, you do not need to input the name of a person. Just select Xfinity support and you will be able to speak with the next available specialist.
