CANCELED ORDER OVER AND OVER AND OVER

I am fed up!!! I’m trying to get the Apple Watch Ultra for my wife bc we just had our 10th wedding anniversary and I can’t order it. We have been mobile customers for two years and this is mind boggling. I just got her iPhone 14 pro max in December and I didn’t have to do the license upload and it was accepted the third time and then canceled. I order again and same problem. Looks like we need to switch to Verizon since xfinity doesn’t want to make any money off current/existing customers! Fix it or we are gone
