If you need a new phone number from Xfinity Mobile, we're here to help.

Things to know:

• All new numbers are given at random based on your address.
• You can't change the phone number for your tablet or smartwatch.
• Your phone number can only be changed once every 30 days.

My phone is active

If you're already using your Xfinity Mobile phone, call 1-888-936-4968 for a new number. Call from a line other than the one getting its number changed. You can also chat with Xfinity Assistant.

Any changes must be done by the account holder, Primary user, or a Manager on your Xfinity Mobile account.

I need to activate my phone

A new phone number is assigned after you activate. If you want to keep your old phone number, you can bring with you to Xfinity Mobile.
