Billing problem finally resolved
I have posted several times on this forum about a billing problem that had been ongoing for more than a year. It remained unsolved through 2 SR tickets initiated by Tier 2 support and 2 more initiated by Tier 3 support. All were closed without the problem being fixed. Along the way, my wife's phone lost its ability to received SMS text messages.
Since I complained so much publicly I feel obligated (and am pleased) to report that Tier 3 support was finally able to fix both the billing and the SMS problem. While it shouldn't have taken 10 months (my first call about the issue was April 2022), the issues are corrected and I am very happy with the resolution. The only advice I can give for those of you still having problems is don't give up!
