Apple Watch SE 2022 edition wont activate

I am trying to activate my Apple Watch SE 2022 edition on Xfinity mobile.  I have tried to call in and received no help.  They told me the IMEI is correct and validated but they could not get it to connect.  They gave me no direction on where to go at this point.  I did look and see Xfinity Mobile is now selling the SE 2022 edition but I am still getting an compactivity error when I try to activate my cellular.  I am looking for a resolution to this issue and would like a follow up or call back or whatever it takes to resolve.
