Apple Watch not connecting

Hey @ComcastChrisL i just bought an Apple Watch SE today and I am having and issue pairing it with the cellular. I see it was an known issue about a year ago I’ve been on the phones all day with Xfinity mobile and nothing has been resolved. Do you think you can help me, I know it’s been a while since you’ve had that issue or even been on the forum. Please let me know.

Have you had any luck? I am in the same boat with my mom’s Apple Watch series 6, keeps getting to an Uh Oh screen. Multiple resets and pairing attempts. The guy at the xfinity store said it can take many tries, seems crazy.

Yes I am curious to know if you’ve had any luck. I was actually connected to cellular on my Apple Watch 5 and some how got kicked off. After spending the last 3 days talking to Apple and xfinity I still was unable to connect. I ended up buying a new watch and it still won’t connect….this is beyond ridiculous.

Hello. I've spent the last 5 days on the phone with many agents who obviously don't have a clue about activating watch cellular plans. I initially contacted XfinityMobile support with assistance with my wife's series 4 which had cellular service until she upgraded her iPhone and paired the watch with it. Now she's getting the message "Xfinity not in use" in the Apple Watch app under cellular. I need some help and it seems like you're the only person here that knows what they are doing. I also need help adding a cellular plan to my Apple Watch SE for the first time. I get the error Uh-Oh something went wrong. Hope you can help. Thanks.

I had them disconnect the Watch line then reconnect it and the website pushed through
