Another Visa Prepaid Card

I have been through the ringer on this one. I was issued a prepaid card when I switched, lost it before being able to use it and then spoke with someone to have it reissued. Here is the ticket number I was given: 053610643

As of now, I was told about a week ago that I would get a phone call within 24-48 hours to be given an update and be able to provide an address for where it is to be shipped because I do not live at the address the original one was shipped to. I also reached out again and was told that it was approved yesterday which is great. However, I have tried calling the 800-526-3268 number about a half a dozen times and I'm on hold for about 30 minutes before it hangs up. 

I need a way to speak to someone to update the address the new card will be shipped to.

I have already spoken to Xfinity Mobile, they said to call the number I listed above which I have not been able to get through. No call backs from them either.

@user_am914, thank you for clearing that up and trying the other method. Since you're not able to get connected with them, we'll reach out to them.
