$300 Visa Prepaid offer with iPhone Upgrade
It’s been 12 weeks since I’ve purchased and activated my 13 pro max, in which i was to receive a $300 visa prepaid card. It showed a pending status on the incentive tracker early December, i checked today and it no longer shows the card, no status no promo. One of the reasons I upgraded was for the promo. What’s going on? I’ve called and left contact info with no avail.

All a scam! Just got off the phone with Xfinity, there putting in stipulations now. Said if I paid the phone off upon ordering it THEN I was eligible for the $300 card. All a big scam! Shame on Xfinity! There about to loose a lot of customers.

I also bought my daughter a iphone 13 pro on 10-25-21, $300 gift card promotion for $300 off or $300 back (current customers upgrading phones). I saved my screen shot off the xfinity site of the deal as well and was told in store the deal was valid. I have waited and have chatted 3x since january and was told dont worry, it will show up on the tracker. It has not. now my most recent chat said I dont qualify, excuse me? How? It says it expired 10-21, ok so my screenshot and your in house rep lied? I have then showed up to a local xfinity store and filed to have escalated in office. still nothing. I have received 2 others $250 rebates in the past no problem. why is this one not working, why are they saying it is not valid now after saying it was 2x before.

Just an update, I am actually getting my card. I did a chat a couple of weeks ago and asked the agent why I didn’t have my card yet. They said after researching that I did in fact qualify and they would open a ticket. I checked in about a week later and the ticket was still in process. Yesterday, I emailed corporate after another reply suggested it and got a call back about 2 hours later. The woman from corporate who called said that I was approved and should be getting the card in 1-3 weeks. I checked incentive tracker this morning and it’s listed on there as qualified.
It was a long process, but I am glad to say it worked out. Don’t give up. The two addresses I emailed were:

I explained the situation and the person who called me back was extremely helpful. I hope this post helps someone else.

Same boat here... no $300 visa in the incentive tracker or received. I called (888) 936-4968 and the agent was able to see that the card was ordered when I activated the phone but said that the order was still "pending" on Xfinity's side.
She was able to remove the "pending" status and said the card should now be sent within 7-10 days.
Hope this helps people who are still having trouble. Give them a call!

UPDATE: 3 weeks after my promising call into support, the visa card was still not showing up in the tracker. I started a new support chat (https://comca.st/3IvYYW4) and they again confirmed I was eligible for the promotion. They escalated to their "higher team" who said they could give me an instant credit of $300 to my account or open a ticket with the incentive department which would take 5 days. I opted for the $300 instant account credit. Case FINALLY closed!
You may also have luck with calling their promotion dept 800-526-3268 if the chat isn't helpful.
Good luck!
And here is the original promotion from Xfinity if you need a reference….

Same thing happened to me. I talked with an Xfinity Mobile representative prior to placing my order to confirm that I'd receive a prepaid card as part of the promo. When I placed my order (back in October 2021), I received no indication that I was submitted for the promotion, my promotions page shows no such prepaid card on order, and I was given no transcript of the conversation with Xfinity. I feel scammed. The promotion was the reason why I chose to upgrade through Xfinity.

I agree with all of you! I purchased my phones in December! And everyone I spoke with has something different to say! Xfinity support says they have a large call volume, and will get in touch with me soon. That was last week!!! This is going to cost them a lot of business! Customers don't want to do business with a place they can't trust.

Anybody have luck in receiving their rebates I purchased (2) 13 Pro Max phones on 10-15-2021. Called in early 2022, was told to call back in 90 days if I hadn't recieved the (2) $300 rebate cards. Nothing yet
