Xfinity Tech Indianapolis

I had an Xfinity/Comcast technician come out August 7th 2025 for slow internet. He was AMAZING!! The 3 previous techs were contractors. The contractors Comcast uses are TRASH! The tech that came on the 7th was at my house for over 3 hours. He was there so long because he was fixing mistake after mistake the previous contractors had made. He did everything to help ensure my internet was at top performance. He was very knowledgeable and professional! He actually took time to do things right, the correct way. I was on the verge of switching to ATT fiber when they finish installing it in my neighborhood. This tech changed my mind..
The contractors for Xfinity/Comcast [Edited: "Language"], the customer support for Xfinity/Comcast [Edited: "Language"], I would have switched long time ago if I had a choice. This tech did not [Edited: "Language"], he actually changed my mind on switching to ATT. If I could rate higher than a 10 he would get 100.
Unfortunately I never received a survey after he was complete. He said I was going to get one shortly after he was done but it never came. I want him to get credit for what he did. I don't remember his name unfortunately. I live in Decatur township, the south west side of Indianapolis. Please if anyone knows the supervisor or manager that is in charge of a crew for Indianapolis, please make them aware of this post. This tech deserves recognition for the job he did.
