Xfinity support

I recently transferred over from Verizon to Xfinity at the Xfinity store on Centerton Rd. in Mt Laurel. I was helped on different occasions by Keith [Edited: "Personal Information"] and Zoey [Edited: "Personal Information"]. These employees went above and beyond to help me and make my experience a positive one. They helped make the whole process, which included helping my daughter who is out of state, go smoothly. I wanted to let you know that you have very knowledgeable and friendly employees working for you. Thank you.

Subject: Urgent Escalation – Massive Spam/Phishing Attack and Failure to Resolve Email Issue

I am requesting immediate escalation to Xfinity Corporate/Executive Customer Relations regarding a serious and ongoing issue with my Comcast.net email account.

Over the past three days, I have received approximately 2,000 spam/phishing emails, including more than 1,000 in a single day. This volume is excessive, disruptive, and raises serious concerns about the security and usability of my email account.

I have contacted Comcast/Xfinity customer support multiple times seeking assistance and a resolution. I was directed to various websites to complete forms, including spa.comcast.net, and complied with those instructions in good faith.

During one call, a representative assured me he would assist, create a support ticket, and arrange for someone from second-tier support to call me back. A representative subsequently contacted me, but stated that there was nothing she could do to stop the emails. I suggested migrating my account to Yahoo as a possible solution, but she said that could not be done. She then abruptly disconnected the call without offering an alternative, a meaningful explanation, or any resolution.

I find this response unacceptable, particularly after repeated attempts to obtain help and following the steps your representatives instructed me to take.

I am requesting that this matter be escalated to a team with the technical expertise and authority to investigate the sudden, extreme volume of spam/phishing emails, determine what mitigation options are available, and provide a concrete plan to address the issue.

Please review my previous support contacts and tickets, confirm the appropriate escalation, and provide a written response explaining what actions will be taken. I expect a meaningful resolution, not another referral to websites or support channels that have already failed to help.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter.
