Xfinity in East Peoria- Tanisha & Team
I scheduled an appointment to switch to xfinity mobile with Tanisha. In total I had to visit the location 4 times. First was just getting general info. 2nd & 3rd time was in the same day. I messed up my iCloud password but my daughter had all hers so she was able to transfer. 4th time was once apple unlocked me so I could redo password. Every time I visited Tanisha was amazing and delightful. The whole team there flowed very well together, seemed like they have worked together for years. I don't know if thats true or not, but very impressionable. Tanisha even looped personal things in on my last visit there, remembering my daughter was pet sitting from my 2nd,3rd visit. It was several days later on my 4th visit. I knew and told her the password reset was obviously my error. She is an absolute gem. I hope she is well compensated because she deserves it!
