Xfinity Gift Card

Hello, I received an Xfinity gift card, but the link provided is not working, so I am unable to claim it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I would appreciate assistance with accessing and claiming my gift card. The email its self seem a little suspect, but this is the time that they said I would be getting it.  I need assistance  Thank you!
