Xfinity cxld account instead of transfer account

Went to a Xfinity store to get Peacock Premium on Xfinity as a Diamond member.   I was told I was a gold member.   Upon reviewing my account I was told when I moved almost 2 years ago that the system cxld my account and opened a new one instead of transferring it. So I lost at least 20 years from having Xfinity at the old house.  How can this be fixed
