Wonderful Agent to Shout Out

I wanted to take the time to shout out to people that were helpful today and providing a final solution to an issue I’ve had for months. The first is agent Opi and second higher up agent Laksh. They were super patient and willing to help. Some others in my experience as a customer have not been helpful and one even doubled my charges when all I needed was to move to a new unit, yet they still updated my plan to include cable I didn’t need. Changing my bill to potentially $51 to $111 a month !! Thanks to Opi and Laksh to help my situation today finally.
