Wonderful agent after a flurry of frustration!

I spent all day speaking with agents yesterday and got nowhere with my issue. I received a call from, Ssanju, this morning. She wad kind, listened to me and explained every detail about my billing. She resolved my issue in minutes. She was professional but also understood that a customer's issue may be nuanced and didn't give me the cookie cutter responses. I truly appreciated her, her professionalism and most of all her kindess.  Thank you Ssanju!
