where to go to evaluate your agent help?

Hello from Teresa Mercier in Sarasota, Florida. Yesterday Feb 6 I had a conversation with your agent David (located in India) in order to help me. Am writing to appreciate how exceptionally great David was. Friendly, professional, listening, very thorough and detail oriented. Understanding my issue and very patient with me.
