Vishal is AMAZING! GREAT SERVICE

I contacted the Live Support chat for "Billing" today 06.23.2026 at 12:55 PM EST. I was immediately connected to Vishal, who was quick to reply and understood my situation. He stayed connected with me the entire chat, and helped me get in touch with a completely different department and track that team's progress on his end. He was giving me constant status updates and information to make sure everything was 100%. I rarely see employees today (not just in the ISP space, but in general) that have the customer's best interests in mind, so it was incredible to have Vishal's service and his extraordinary attention to detail.

I sadly did not receive the prompt to leave Direct Feedback to our chat today, but please XFINITY management if you are reading this, please extend my sincerest gratitude to Vishal and know that you have an incredible and geniune support agent with Vishal.
