Urgent – Prepaid Card Expires Tonight and Cannot Be Used

I’m contacting you regarding my Xfinity prepaid card, which expires tonight, September 30.

I have been trying to use the remaining balance $200 before the expiration date, but the card keeps being declined. I have tried multiple transactions, including smaller amounts, but none of them have gone through.

I also tried contacting the card customer service number several times, but I was unable to reach a live representative. The automated system simply repeats the same message, so I have not been able to get any assistance.

Since I have made multiple attempts to use the card before its expiration but have been unable to do so due to an issue with the card, I am very concerned that I will lose the remaining balance when it expires tonight.

Could you please extend the expiration date or issue a replacement card with the remaining balance? I would greatly appreciate your help in making sure that I do not lose the funds due to a problem that I have been trying to resolve before the expiration date.

Please also note that I am contacting you today, September 30, before the card expires, so there is a record that I requested assistance while the card was still valid.
