The free Universal Orlando tickets available through the Xfinity Membership program are for two people. Specifically, (upon availability) Diamond tier members can receive two 1-Day 3 Park to Park Tickets, allowing them and a guest to enjoy Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay for one day.

Then why do the "Terms and Conditions" for "Save on tickets to Universal Orlando Resort" offer say "entitles one (1) guest admission"?
And why does the offer say "discounted" rather than "free"?
