Two exceptional customer service agents

I’m writing this on behalf of my Grandfather. We had a minor billing issue that needed to be resolved. We were connected to at least 7 different agents over an extended period of time who were not able to help us. At points even we were told we would be connected to someone to help us later (we never received a call back) and we were connected to a manager (who we were disconnected from). After hours on the phone we finally received help from Rahul and Amber.
Rahul saw the issue, didn’t ask questions, and resolved it within minutes. 
Amber saw the issue, explained what was going on, offered to fix it (before noticing Rahul already had), made sure that the issue was totally resolved, and offered us ways to resolve and avoid any further issues in the future. 
Both of them were kind and patient, but most importantly they resolved the issue without the need to transfer us aimlessly. We greatly appreciate their help and we firmly believe that this is the type of service EVERY customer should receive. Thank you Rahul and Amber.
