To Agent Vikas - Troubleshooting->Internet

I have never received such knowledgeable, proud, and personable help from an online chat agent. I am an IT professional and am often greeted with basic troubleshooting steps provided by a script. Not this time! Vikas absolutely made my day with quick responses, detailed answers, and SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE.

I hope you see this. You asked me to leave you a rating in the chat but I was so impressed by you that I tried to download the transcript first and ruined my chance at sending you your kudos. I even tried to reconnect repeatedly to find you again! I haven't yet implemented your fixes but I'm positive they will work. Thank you again for your kindness and knowledge. It goes such a long way with your customers and I hope that your management acknowledges you.
