Tiffany helped me get my internet setup super easily. Other people I spoke with were nowhere near as accommodating as she was.

Oh sure, they all seem wonderful, then you look at your account the next day or two only to realize that either:

a. nothing was resolved

b. your account was deleted

b. they did something completely unrelated to your account that you now have to deal with ON TOP of your original issue and this cycle will continue until the end of time

c. they removed services, added services or extra phone lines as in my case - they added 5 new phone lines making it 10 then told me they would TRY to get the fees reversed

d. after failed attempts at a resolution(s), they send a technician (or 3 separate times as in my case) out to inspect and after the 3rd tech visit, you are told by that 30 year veteran tech that the reason your internet is not working is because your area has not been upgraded to gigabit speed which is why THEIR top of the line modem/router is not working and you revert back to using your own and it works just fine. Then they try to charge you $100 for that visit.

So, good luck with that. Hopefully you had a simple problem like your name was spelled wrong on your account. Then again, they'd probably mess that up, too.
