After months of struggling with this issue, I had previously settled for a [Edited: "Language"] wi-fi extender that only gave 11mg/s but at least I got to play with a little lag. Never gave up and continued searching for a solution. Came across your post, followed your instructions, restarted my ps5 and tada. So, thank you! You did better than Xfinity!
