I would like to say thank you to Esteban [Edited: "Personal Information"] from the Serramonte Center Branch. He was extremely helpful in getting my internet set up in my new rental in Pacifica. I came into the store a couple of weeks ago, very stressed out, and he was very patient, kind, and clear with me. He walked me through the process, got me set up efficiently, and wrote out everything I needed to know for future reference. Excellent customer service. The Serramonte Store in general seemed to be very well-run in general. I am disabled, and I had a very comfortable experience. I saw two other disabled people come through, and I got the sense that they'd been there before, perhaps preferring coming into the store to Xfinity's over-the-phone service.
