Thank you Nami

All I wanted to do was switch my phones and the numbers associated with them. What should have been a simple request turned into 3 hours on the phone yesterday and another hour today.

It became so frustrating that I eventually suggested canceling my lines and replacing the phone altogether. At one point, I had to hang up because I was getting nowhere. The same phrase, “Thank you for your time,” was repeated over and over, probably 20+ times without anyone actually providing a solution. Hearing “thank you for your time” that many times when your problem still isn’t being resolved can drive anyone crazy.

About an hour later, I called back and got a customer service representative named Nami. I was honestly so frustrated that I told her, “I know you can’t help me—please give me your supervisor.”

Instead of doing that, Nami listened to the issue, took ownership, and resolved the entire problem in less than 10 minutes.

I have never been so ready and happy to complete a customer service survey to recognize someone for doing an outstanding job. I even asked Nami to send me the survey, but I never received it.

So I came here instead to say:

Thank you, Nami! You turned a four-hour nightmare into a problem solved in less than 10 minutes. Your patience, professionalism, and willingness to actually listen made all the difference.
