I called in regarding lowering my bill. I wanted someone to review my usage and look at my bill. She helped with reviewing my bill, changed my plan, and reviewed the mobile plan. I am so thankful to have finally spoken with someone who knew my question. She paid attention to my question and she did not move fast. She also held a wonderful and short conversation while completing my request. I will be a loyal customer of Xfinity. THANK YOU, MRS. CHIRINEEEEE
