When my previous phone call with an aggressive and condescending agent left me wanting to leave after almost 30 years, I decided to call back and thankfully, you answered! The whole experience with you was easy, friendly and accomplished my goal for calling. I wish you had a direct line in case I need to call Xfinity again. Truly a wonderful representative of the company.
