Today was an hectic day with Xfinity. I was connected to two different employees who couldn’t help before I got to Christian. Christian went above and beyond to show he cares for the customers. He did not give up until the solution was solved. I’m so grateful for him because if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have my account set up. Thank you so much Christian and I hope this finds you.
