Casandra was a joy to speak with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and capable. If there was an option to speak with her every time I had a problem to solve, I would choose it again and again. It is my sincerest hope that this company recognizes a diamond when they see it and that she is given all of the recognition, compensation, and respect that she so obviously deserves.
