Terrible customer service
Cancelled service 12/29/25 and still 1/5/26 their trying to take a payment of $176.00 out of our account. Put a stop service with our bank . I tried to talk to customer service today to find out why and was transferred 5 times and last one Mary hung up on me. Informed me I can't help you then hung up . I will NEVER use Xfinity again. My bank charged me $35.00 each time a payment is tried. Abby connected me to James who connected me to another James who connected me to Sally and connected me to Mary and she hung up. Never again a lawsuit will come with next payment and yes equipment was returned
